Please, feel sorry for a team with Diggins and Sims? Not hardly, they have some great young players. Seattle needed this pick more then the rest of the teams.

I do feel sorry for them. Certainly over a team who had 2 number 1 picks in the past. Cambage was such a disaster and they continue to play Hodges. I want something better for them even though they aren't my home team.

This is the draft that the #6 pick could get the ROY, so not a lot to get angry about. #2 will do.

So what washed-up veteran do you think Agler was fantasizing about trading that pick for?

Text messages on Agler's phone:

"Brian, Bill here. Hey - Swin Cash you want her back right? How about Planette Pierson?"

"Brian, Angela here. Remember how cool it was when we came to town and your arena was all filled up, and you guys sold all those jerseys?"

Wait until next year to "take the voodoo off". If so, that's a scary team. I won't be crying for them. I'll be crying for my team.

Yee-Hah! Exclamation

SEA gets the #1 Pick! Cool

And THAT'S why I was rooting for the Storm to lose this year... I wanted that #1 pick and SEA got it! Finally!

Stewie is better off at the small forward position anyway

Agler said they need to fix their length in the front court.
Cambage for that pick and a 2nd rounder, and nothing else.
Parker the pick, and next years first round.

Angela has made some stupid decisions this season, but I highly doubt she would trade Schimmel for a 1st pick in a sucky draft class.

If Celine doesn't come back next season (which looks likely because she hasn't exactly been great) then they need Schimmel - which is why I don't see them trading. Plus, Shoni doesn't fit in with Seattle, they're too slow.

Yeah, you never know. Wifey Glory might quit the WNBA and live off Griner's China money. Wink

I wanted seattle to get the pick just for the sake of the storm crazies, after a disappointing 4 years & what I would call a bad #2 draft pick in stricken they needed this. Trade for a experienced center or keep the pick?

I agree that Seattle needed this pick badly. Tulsa has some very good young players.

They wanted Monica Wright before this season. Can we work out a trade? Twisted Evil
