The Liberty were expected to be bad this season, but without Ionescu they are flat out terrible.

Yeah at half time I was enjoying the contest. Midway through the 3rd I bailed the heck outta there.
But it was always going to be that type of season for NY. There were still some positives in the part of the game I saw.

I, unfortunately for my mental well being, did not bail Crying or Very sad

I have to keep reminding myself after getting frustrated, that this is just going to be a long and difficult season for me as a Liberty fan.
22 turnovers though, and 7 from our veteran leader/point guard Clarendon.
Some passes from all players looked soft and uncertain, while others were forced lobs into traffic trying to hit a roller. Maybe our coaching staff is praising effort a little too much....

But I also try to remind myself 2021 will hopefully see the return of #1 pick Ionescu, #2 pick Durr and lottery pick in 2021 draft.

Is 0-22 even possible?

Will Walt trash that system he thought would be successful in this league?

I hope not Shocked

Tulsa Shock, 2011 went 3-31 for a .088 winning percentage. I believe that is the worst in league herstory.

If we go 2-20 that would be .0909.....please basketball goddesses, let us get two wins!

The longest losing streak in league history is 20, by the 2011 Tulsa Shock.

I don't know that there is a system that could make this team a winner. When you don't have the horses, it doesn't matter how good your whip is.

But seriously. The Liberty might have more of a shot with Erica McCall and Bridget Carleton leading the way. I wonder if McCall will get more time with the Lynx after outperforming Huff, Herbert-Harrigan among others.

It does seem likely that Huff ends up being the one cut by Minnesota once Sims arrives. At this point, I'd wait and see if Bentley is healthy and bring her in.

Seems like Bentley is not the perfect choice for a team wanting to build a culture....

Miller is not the perfect choice for a team wanting to build a culture.
