She also didn't take over a playoff team with a ton of established talent. |
Because Williams, Hayes, Breland, Sykes, Clarendon, Bentley, Montgomery, and a returning McCoughtry are just dead damn weight huh? |
We didn't have Breland, Bentley, or Montgomery when she took over, and McCoughtry's return was uncertain. |
Of course, still a very talented roster though..

Talented enough to win twelve games last year?
I can't help but wonder whether Hayes' snub was in any way backlash for the Dream getting three last year, and then finishing in the lottery?

I don't think that much thought is put into it.

They didn’t have McCoughtry, Breland, or Montgomery last season. I think there’s some confusion here somewhere.. |
Less confusion than splitting hairs to make a joke. You said:

Now, you could have meant, "[Williams, Hayes, Breland, Sykes, Clarendon, Bentley, Montgomery, and a returning McCoughtry] is still a very talented roster". Hell, I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt, and say that that is what you meant. But, there's no joke there, and you were not specific, so EYE chose to reply to your post as though what you meant was "[The team that Collen inherited when she was signed to be the head coach, which did not have Breland, Bentley, Montgomery or McCoughtry] is still a very talented roster."

Well according to us (Rebkell's) both Atl and Seattle were supposed to be borderline or actual lottery teams so both coaches did a great job or we ain't as smart as we think.

This year's top 10 is so much better than last year's. Mostly because there's no dunks and milestones included. That layup by Gray still blows my mind.

I like the way Frank Hanrahan's voice goes all excited-Kermit-the-Frog when Cloud hits the winner over Beard. |
