I think it's more the stop-and-go pace, so reminiscent of rush hour traffic, that's turning people off. 14 turnovers and 26 fouls make for a lot of stoppages of play, and while there's some overlap, there isn't a whole lot.

LOL! Yeah I realize that, but it's often painful to watch in the process.
I agree with Queenie about the pace of the game. Definitely didn't help at all.
