All right...now that was some bullshit reffing.

And we expanded a bunch of energy.

Credit to Little for th comeback, but if we get 20 minutes of her next game, we’ll lose.

Why this league will never be respected. Officiating plays its part in how serious you can take the WNBA.

Diana with the court spit. Like I said, lot of whistles went to Seattle. BG with the bonehead foul.

Should we even be surprised.

If not Robinson, who was behind Loyd? The one behind her smacked Loyd across the head.

Seattle becoming the UTAH Jazz of The WNBA when it comes the homecourt officiating.

That was exciting!

Really wanted PX to win so the series might go to 5 games.

Stewart was trying hard to give them a chance for double overtime. Taurasi leaned into her, which would normally get a call, but the whistle is blown differently on game ending plays.

Still could go to 5 games. Both Seattle wins have been close.

No team has come back from down 0-2 in any WNBA playoff series

The foul easily could of gotten to Bonner.

All the complaining about the 3pointshooting from the Mercury but they end up 5 of 19 while the Storm went 7 of 19 Laughing . What a shitty 4th quarter once again. But they showed a lot of heart in OT to come back from that.

Respect to Millie for her amazing defense on Stewie Very Happy

A “why so serious” moment?

The worse foul I've ever seen BG committ. Why? Why? That's exactly why she walked herself to the bench without a word. Just lazy. Sheer laziness on that one.

Then the fouls that were called afterwards didn't make sense.

I just.... Wow.

Bonner hit her. Not enough in a scrum like that to call a foul..but still..

We really didn't play that well tonight but still got close, so who knows.
Prior to the series I was thinking Storm 3-1 and I'm still leaning that way, but geez it could have been a very different scenario if a moment or two in OT had gone another way.

Laughing

About DT s last shot leaning into Stewart. The refd have gotten stricter about that (started i the nba) you will not get that call anymore when the other player is stsnding straight up and you go out of your normal shooting motion to draw that foul.
That was a good no call

Bonner hit her with the body aswell. Blocked her out in a way. Watch the replay on the body contact

Agree that it was a good no call, but given the score, clock, and who had the basketball, once DT got below the 3pt line I would have just gotten out of the way.

That’s my thinking. Obviously, the Merc can almost win...and on their home floor..really too bad the Taurasi heroics didn’t get the win.

If the Merc had gotten this win, I think they win the series. But as of right now, I agree with you that it’s likely 3-1.

My fear though, is that this is a tired team. And I’m not sure that three days off will make it better.

It is really a shame when the refs don't give the merc their fouls. Dam shame, we know that they want the Storm to win but I could not put up with that mess. For the merc to come back like they did and get down to the last shot by D which would have won the game. They knew if they called the foul D would have won the game. They had better not come up tomorrow with a statement that the foul should have been called.
