Te’a Cooper

I’m not loving the way this draft is playing out. I wanted to pick post heavy, but here I am picking perimeter heavy. Mad

I know you wanted a post but you can definitely make the argument that you got best available player at both your picks
Collier can still play some PF as well
and there might be some decent young posts showing up on the waiver wire
and this lets you play Banham more off the ball where she might be better and have a breakout year while Sims is out I would even give her a shot at starting might as well start all thee youth

Brown/Cooper
Banham/Johnson/KCK
Walker/Talbot/Zandalsini
Collier/Dantas
Fowles/Shepard, Alexander or Fagbenle

The Atlanta Dream select Peyton Williams. She was on my fantasy team and i liked her game (almost as much has Brittany Brewer). I’m not so sure about her beating out Kalani Brown and Elizabeth Williams...

With the 19th Pick, Admiral and the Seattle Storm Select... Kitija Laksa CoolMr. Green

Welcome back to The Latvian Legend! ExclamationRazz

SF Shooting, ball-handling, 3-pters, relatively tall.. Reminds me of another former Dan Hughes player, Agnieszka Bibrzycka... at least 2 years ago that is, which is the last time I saw her play.. An ACL injury cut Kitija's senior season short, then she left to play professionally in Latvia. She's also an international player, so she may decide to report this season given the world situation, and/or give a little more time for her get back to form, giving SEA some leeway in their roster size limit. Idea

    Uz veselību Kitija! Cool

even though I always misspell Laska's name, Laksa falling to 26 was my secret plan

Laksa could be a nice draft and stash move for Seattle if she doesn't come over considering they might not even have room for the #11 pick unless they cut a vet.
