You have to wonder if Tara asked for one more crack at the Huskies before driving off into the sunset. I'm excited for this game. It's also possible Tara could go on forever. Who knows.

Clearly, because they want a fairy like you to magically make them beat Mississippi State in the tourney. That loss is clearly fake news. There's a drop down menu on the page right above the schedule that allows you to select 2017-2018.

Am I reading this correctly? They literally only play one game outside Philadelphia? And it's not exactly an exotic locale?

Iowa only leaves the state once (tourney in Puerto Rico)...yes, they do play at Iowa State and at Northern Iowa but other than that, all games are at home.
Speaking of that Puerto Rico event, it's weird that they are playing Morgan State, Elon and Charlotte while South Dakota State is there also and they play Charlotte and NC State.

I love me some New Rochelle; Iona is one of my many college teams. But I wouldn't exactly call it a long trip from Philadelphia. At least in the case of Iowa, they're going to Puerto Rico for their one out-of-state trip, not, like, Peoria.
BTW, the announcement of the Big Numerically Challenged's conference schedule seems to mean that schools are releasing their schedules OMG MICHIGAN IS COMING TO LIU O HAIIIIIIIIII KIM O HAI JOY um sorry Steph

Only 8 out of B1G games? I'm assuming they are still looking for a few games to fill out the schedule.

How much are they spending on team travel? I mean...fly to Rhode Island (Providence or Boston), then fly home. Week and a half later fly to Vegas and then home...or maybe go directly from there to Chapel Hill, NC and then home. A week later yet another flight to the East Coast to play at Georgetown...maybe then flying directly from there to San Diego? Or do they return to Minneapolis and then fly out to San Diego. That is seriously a lot of travel in the non-conference schedule.
