This could go across all Divisions, all Associations..but what players have some of the best hair?
My nominees are
Key from Tennessee
Edwards from UConn
Boston from South Carolina
Richards from Baylor
The Legendary Hall of Shrine includes:
Shameka Christon from Arkansas
Anriel Howard from Mississippi State
Diana Taurasi from UConn (when something as simple as a bun is iconic, it makes the all-Hair shrine)

Mulkeys pigtails from her LA Tech playing days should be in the Hair of Fame.
On the honorary coaches list should be Sherry Coales “poodle doo” and Andy Landers “oiled down” look.

Besides the ones that SD Hoops mentioned, I'd add
Keke McKinney from Kentucky for the blue hair
And to the Hall of Fame
Kellie Jolly's French braids
[Great thread, BTW]

Cal and its alumni have had some 'dos. There was Layshia's mohawk. There was Devanei Hampton. There was Gennifer Brandon, although she really didn't go full Sailor Moon until she was with the Sky. Wait, did Nykesha Sales have the puffs with UConn?
You probably get to go into the Hairdo Hall of Fame if you have to use your hair to tie up your hair and it takes so long to put back together that you gotta be subbed out, so shoutout to Temple's Shanea Cotton. Unfortunately, I can't find pictures.
If we're discussing iconic and personally distinctive, if not necessarily best, we must also reluctantly consider the Miller twins' bangs.
myrtle, I think you're thinking of Le'Coe Willingham, although it looks like she was relatively straightforward with her hairstyling in college. If we're including a professional auxiliary, I submit Stefanie Dolson for consideration. Wait, sorry, wrong pic. And T-Spoon's braids weren't fancy, but they were certainly distinctive. There may have been rioting in the MSG stands when she got rid of them.
We must also be careful to consider eras here. There were some spectacular but also questionable mullet/perm combinations in the '80s. YouTube has several Rutgers games from the '80s where these are on full display.

When watching Stanford it's a helpful way to tell the Hull twins apart.

It's simple, but Ionescu's headband-ponytail look is pretty iconic in that she rocked that exact same look in every single game of her career.
As for current players, Quay Miller of Washington's buzzed and bleached look is something I don't see often. Jazmine Massengill's braided look with one single braid hanging down her horehead is a choice, if intentional.

I still mostly tell the Hulls apart by their number. They are a challenge. Most of the rest are easy to tell apart except I struggle with Jerome. I like Anna Wilson's unique (for Stanford) look - very compact and precise. And Kianna seems to like to change it up all the time. The three posts are all obvious. When you get to know a team though, you can also tell just by how they move and what they do. I'm just getting used to distinguishing Hannah and Jana, though Hannah is substantially taller.

some all-timers
Isis Tillis
Zahui B
Betty Lennox
Crystal Robinson
Sammy P
Lawson
J-Mac
Taj
Tameaka Dixon
and Sailor Moon was referenced which makes me thing of
the player with long blonde hair from DT's later UConn years who shot the ball well and whose name is escaping me. She played with DT, Battle, Turner, J. Moore, I really can't remember her name but she had super long blonde hair.
current
if eyelashes count as hair Evans (her hair is nice as well, less distinctive)
and even though they are in the original post I will 2nd

Just thought of an honorable mention for all-time. Charde Houston..one game she'd have a long blonde weave, the next she'd be completely bald. Definitely one who was always a surprise with her hair
