The most interesting aspect is that Tulsa is 4-0 against the East so the rest of the West is 1-14. Phoenix lost 3 games vs. the East without Griner.

If, as I suspect, the West has the three worst teams in the league, then whoever wins the west will probably have the best record and home court.
Kinda unfair to the eastern champion, but that's how it goes.

| The east-vs-west numbers might not show it atm, but IMO the west also has 3 of the better teams in the league, so I doubt the impact of that effect will be large. Will be interesting to analyse that at the end of the season though.

That's the way it went in 2010, when the west had one good team (Seattle) and five bad ones. Of course it wound up not mattering for home court since the East was won by the #4 seed.
