Gophers lead the Badgers 29 - 26. broback went out with a knee injury, Podomick out on fouls. The Sophs clawed back in the post with Emi Fox to take the three point half time lead. Tough game at home for the affable rodents.

Broback's knee injury was scary, indeed. It did not look good at all, at the time, but she did return to the game. Hope she's really OK.

Gophers won 73-67, so go 2-0 in Big Ten conference play. They looked shaky, though, in the final 2 minutes, having trouble hanging on to the ball when Bucky got very aggressive with the press. Liz Pod was rock solid in her FTs and saved the day for the Gophers.
