Frightening as it may seem, I was getting Cynthia Cooper and Maura McHugh mixed up. Coop at Prairie View, McHugh at Stony Brook...

Stony Brook wins 58-56

Temple is not as good as last year.

Apparently not. Is this score, or the DePaul-USF score, the biggest surprise of the night?

I think this one is more surprising. USF took UConn to OT last year and were 5-1 coming into this game.

Stony Brook lost to Brown in their last game.

Yeah, look what happens when you start playing for a team that has a chance to make the playoffs. Or what happens when you don't have to be the de facto coach. Or what happens when you have to keep playing hard all W season and can't focus on recruiting and breaking down game film in June. Or...

Great...another team that loses when it shouldn't lose before a matchup with UGA.

You must have been confused by their similar wardrobes.
