I had the day off today, and was disappointed to get nothing on Fox sports-Detroit. Iowa State-Colorado sounded like a real barn burner:

a 3 pointer at the buzzer by Lyndsay Medders for ISU...too bad for Ceal & co.

The Big 12 will televise all games on FSN starting with the quarterfinals on Wednesday at Noon central.

Gametracker is available for each game.

Cool, thinking back, they don't televise the first round. I figured it would be on, everything else seems to be available somewhere. A bit surprising that they haven't picked up the first round of the Big12, though.

I don't know if they pick up first rounds for any of the tourneys. The Big East first day (the qualifiers to the quarters) weren't on anything either. I think the networks are too busy showing really pathetic men's games.

The SEC had all four days, and I'm pretty sure the Big Ten did also, not sure about the ACC.

Fox Sports Midwest was showing poker reruns yesterday instead of the Big 12 tourney.

Well those fine athletes deserve their time in the spotlight too ya know. Do you have any idea how hard those people work in the gym to prepare for their time at the card table?

For the real, they have to be able to sit for several hours in a row and wear sunglasses inside. Cool I must admit that my grandmother is the better "athlete" b/c she always destroys me in solitare. She builds up her stamina by mall walking and in her bridge practice squad though. I can barely even shuffle cards.

I'd still rather watch Chris Andersen in a dunk contest. I'll even watch curling, but gosh golly, I am just tired of poker.

I saw curling the other day! It was a Ryder Cup format US/Canada vs. Europe. The announcers actually explained the game and I now understand it! Shocked
