This is great golf, you have world #1 and world #2, Kerr and Miyazato going at it. Winner is world #1. Ai Chan leads by 1.
#17 is a treacherous short par 4, 230 yards, reachable in 1, What will Kerr do.
I think she has to go for it, Ai Chan just don't make mistakes, and #18 is not a birdie hole. Go for it Kerr, cut a 3 wood or hybrid in there close and make a 2!
ETA: Good grief, I wish more of these women would learn how to fade a golf ball.
Kerr double crossed left at 17, hit a miracle shot at 17, to get within 10 feet, missed putt. At 18 with water on the right Kerr tries to draw a shot with water on the right, comes out of the shot and pushes it 3-4 yards right into the water.
Game over...
ETA: This was still great golf, it would have been great if Kerr had at least made par on 18, but honestly, it would not have made any difference, MiYazato hits the ball where she aims it.
With a two stroke lead she aims 20 feet left of the hole and ends up 15 feet away.
