Delta will incorporate the Song fleet into its regular airlines. Hopefully they'll incorporate all the positives I heard about Song as well.

I hope so too! On our recent vacation to Orlando, we flew Song, and it was great! Loved the seats, the TV, the up-beat-ness of the crew, etc.!

We (the travel agency I work for) got the memo from DL regarding this about a month and a half ago. It's a real shame. The folks I work with really liked the product and felt Delta would be better served by eliminating their mainstream service and making their entire fleet and service type "Song".

It is a great concept but some day, the major carriers might catch a clue and realize that offspring products will fail. They are all way too underfunded to own and operate 2 completely different products and are also under-staffed.

Oh...and airline leadership is beyond attrocious. The entire industry is all about the blind leading the blind. (apologies to all blind people reading this who are offended by the thought of being lumped together with airline executives. )
