some folks who i've come to like over the years on the espn board don't see a need to switch and i certainly am not going to blow them off just to make a point re: that board's technical snafus.

Fair enough - it is your kingdom after all.

But I have had private conversations with some posters i know you respect apropos how the clinging to the low-quality (functionally) ESPN board is possibly explained by Pirsig's "celebrity" theories - and I can safely state I'm not the only one who can draw the parallel

I could be wrong but that's honestly how I see it.
