Justine is a huge WNBA fan, as is her husband Scott Westerfeld (author of the very popular Uglies series). They are Liberty season-ticket holders, and Justine has said that the lead character of her previous book looked like Lelani Mitchell.

The "Alana Beard" book is called Liar, and won't be out until this fall.

The "Lelani Mitchell" book is called How To Ditch Your Fairy.
