Hmmm...some things make a lot more sense now. I'm happy with those news!

I like Maiga - She's welcome to come over to Indy!
She's one of the nicest people involved with the W that I've ever met. A real sweetheart!

Damn!!!
Aside from Tangela, she was my favorite Monarch. Love her spirit and determination, and those sweet 3's! I Guess I'll have to start rooting for the Silver Stars. That makes 5 teams I'll be backing now!

LOL! You're as bad as me!
In the west I like SASS (LaToy-UH!), Sac and PHX (especially w/ Vealy back) and I'm starting to have some sympathy love for Houston!

I am, first and foremost, a Liberty fan. I also back, in no particular order, the Monarchs, Storm and Shock. Until today, I had no reason to really root for SASS. I'm still holding a slight grudge against Houston, though it's passing. Like almost everyone else, I HATE LA, though I respect their talent. Charlotte's like watching paint dry. As for the Lynx, Fever and Mystics, they're all on the rise and should fare well eventually. The Sun are the biggest threat in the East for my Libs and Shock, therefore I cautiously wish them well. As for the Mercury, I think we're all looking at the next dynasty. It's scary how good that team's gonna be.

The Fever is still my favorite! I also like Detroit and Chicago* in the east
No kidding about PHX - Whooo! - it's gonna be fun watching that team for the next several years!
*already got my seat!

Definitely! I know I'm stating the obvious here, but all they really need is a good post. They almost made the playoffs last year without a real one. I can't begin to fathom how they'd do with the likes of a DeMya, who, by the way, I am really glad they didn't get! I have no idea what their plans are, but I can't imagine it would be a difficult hole to fill, what with free agency, trades and the high pick in the draft. Surely there will be a nice player available for them when they pick, assuming they keep it, either McCarville or Irvin would fit in quite nicely. The only major piece they have that is "getting older" is DeForge, but she's still got quite a few years left in her, otherwise this is one young, talented team capable of wreaking havoc on other teams for many years to come. Considering seasons past, they deserve it. Now if only the Liberty could stop living in that middle world where they're good enough to make the playoffs but not good enough to win it all, maybe we could finally get some really good draft picks as well and "rebuild", not that that would be done properly anyway, but hey, I can hope.

I wonder what number Edna will wear in San Antonio. #12 that she wore in Sacto belongs to Margo Dydek.
