Coffee might soon be considered a health drink following a study showing it is a surprisingly rich source of anti-cancer agents.

A study has found that coffee contributes more antioxidants - which have been linked with fighting heart disease and cancer - to the diet than cranberries, apples or tomatoes.

My paternal grandmother started making me one part coffee and one part half & half when I was about 12. I've always said that it is the one habit I will never surrender. Actually, people who can function in the morning without coffee scare me.

This is very good news indeed. Between this and my chili pepper* addiction, well, I may be posting here for a long, long time.
