wait, where is Zuzana Zirkova - isn't she the one that busted the U.S. defense at the Worlds with her dribble penetration, passing and shooting?

Zirkova is Czech. Confused

That was Rakhmatulina. She had a career game that day.

There can only be one "naturalized" player. There was three choices, Kelly Miller, Deanna Nolan, or Becky Hammon. Becky won.

Nolan and Miller are alternates, if Hammon got hurt somehow then one of them would replace her. Nolan was going over to practice with them before the Olympics started but instead she's staying here and resting.

Are people sure about Graziane being cut from Brazil? Because she was right here doing some serious damage under the basket to Suzy Batkovic in the final Oz/Brazil warmup game in Sydney last night.

That was posted prior to the news that Erika would be left off due to injury.

I'd just like to say how wonderful the WNBA has been to have introduced all of us to these players. We can watch the Olympics and recognize athletes other than the US, ya know what I mean? We know the game of the likes of Aussie players and Spanish players and Russian players. It gives a whole new perspective and excitement to the viewing. Thanks everyone for posting the rosters.
