Basketballer Rohanee Cox pumped for Beijing

Cathy Freeman ran with the tattoo "Cos I'm free" on her bicep. Rohanee Cox plays basketball with a tattoo symbol that means "last chance" on her back.

Cox was 20, single, pregnant, living in a remote indigenous community of Western Australia and surviving on the fish she caught when Freeman won Olympic gold in Sydney in 2000.

Cox had already represented the Australian Opals as a teenager, but had thrown it away, quitting basketball altogether soon after.

Freeman's victory was her inspiration to have another crack.

Ditto. Roey is one of my favourite players and I'm stoked that she has made it.
Seeing her & Tully get an olympic medal would be awesome.
