The New York Liberty changed the status of Jennifer Smith to Injured and Amisha Carter to Active.

Oops...my bad...but that's still weird that they are carrying 13 players. Why sign Smith if they were going to put her on the IR?
Why not simply activate Carter and place D-Train on the IR straight up?
