Looking back, it’s easy to wonder if a healthy Gooden might have become the poster child of the WNBA instead of Cynthia Cooper or Lisa Leslie.

A good number of former teammates are on the coaching staff at Duke...Shannon Perry and Tia Jackson. Nadine Domond was a highly regarded prep. Then there is Tangela Smith and Simone Edwards in the WNBA. Lots of former Iowa folks making an impact in some form.
