Initially I was a bit confused who to cheer for but then I realised that Minny losing is in the best interest for my primary teams.

Go Fever!

Great! Don't show Wash.-LA highlights at halftime, talk about Larry Brown again.

i'm just looking at the boxscore, and i gotta ask, a la debbie antonelli, "how boring is this?

Only Tamika in double figures.
Tully with 0 assists
(Team with only 11 assists)

Ouch!

SASS on Thursday, @ Charlotte Sat - I think things will be looking up for the Fever for the rest of the week.

Surely I'm not the only Lynx fan watching the box score. The Fever holds Katie to 3 points on 1-6 shooting and Lynx still lead... by 19... with 28 seconds to go.

This has to be the first year in the history of the franchise that the Lynx can beat a good team, by a large margin, even if Katie scores only three points. (Did Winters double-team her, or nearly so, all game on the assumption that the other perimeter players wouldn't or couldn't shoot? That was the mistake Detroit made. Also New York.)

Better yet (now that the final box is up): 6200 attendance! I know that number would give a Mystic fan nightmares, but for the Lynx on a Tuesday night this year it represents serious improvement.

The Lynx put on what must have been one of their best defensive performances of the year, and I can't see it 'cause I'm in DC.Irony! Go Lynx!

By the box score it may look like KT was on lock down but to be honest I didn't see it that way. She played a strong defensive gm. Really the whole team did. I didn't think KT took more then 4 shots, but she didn't have to. Not a lot of double teams on her either. This gm was about ball movement & getting the posts going.

The Lynx moved the ball really well & Lass & SLT hit some timely 3's and our post came to play so KT didn't have to force anything, she drew defenders & helped keep the ball moving w/ the pass. This gm was about redemption for our post players. Our post were embarrassed by the Fev post @ Indy & tonight it was about takin inside. Just 15 from Indy post players vs 33pts out of Ohlde, Hayden, Williams & Mann. They could have put up more pts had they not passed up shots to pass the ball back out. But people hit the shots when they needed to so its all good. Thats the story.

The big stat for the Lynx was only 12 TO's w/ 21 asst.
Our guard played a nice gm. Good gm all around for the Lynx. Fun watching Tully & Kristi go at each other. Catch was Catch but the rest of the Fev just got out played tonight. Good win for the Lynx, we needed it Mr. Green
