Classy move by both teams to let Nolan and Leslie attempt the dunk! Congrats, Lisa!

The game was basically over - the all-star game is for the fans. I agree with Cam. It was really classy of both teams to let Nolan and Leslie do their thang.

I wish Nolan got her's!

Well, I frankly don't give a hoot about who's gonna think what about letting people dunk the ball, it was an absolutely fun basketball game to watch. I loved every minute of it.

I would have liked to see Snow back in there, and re-try that 180.

I agree. Entertain the folks till the end.
Besides the way these women play D in the W, these women shouldn't dunk in traffic.

I'm sure Snow will get her chance ...

Way to go Lisa. Too bad Tweety .... you have nice hops.

Hope this, along with other great plays, makes the ESPN top 10 list as well as a feature on ESPN Sportscenter.

Superb. A real-- but offense-oriented, entertainment-oriented-- game till the outcome became clear, and then some fun entertainment. Extremely classy. Too bad Nolan didn't complete her dunks.

I was a bit anxious about Katie's performance during the first half, but her threes near the end made me feel all warm and tingly. Her points in the ASG don't count for her career total, do they? Do they?

The dunk shouldn't be in the Top 10 list. That should be the LJ full-court pass to Swoopes to Yo for the lay-in. That play was a thing of beauty.

I don't know how anyone that watched this game can say that a dunk is more exciting the LONG threes Taurasi and Hammon both put up. I would take those over a dunk anyday.

Me too, but we're already fans. Dunks make news and bring in new ones.

Do they bring in new fans? This seems to be the conventional wisdom, but I kind of dubt it.

I really enjoyed the threes...Taurasi, Sue Bird, Katie Smith, etc. That was incredible to watch.

I still can't get over Tamika Catchings. She was incredible.

I assume you mean sick as in...she barely made the dunk and it was quite weak and very ugly? Forget 2 hands. She can barely put it down with one hand. The replay of it looked even worse than the live shot. I agree with those who wished Snow had been on the floor instead. If the sea is going to part for a gimmee....let someone who would have put it down with authority do the deed. As for Tweety.....wow, she can definately get up. She was quite active during the game and probably didn't have the hops at the end that she might have had at the start. Even though she missed, her attempts were still far more impressive than LL's.

The ABL dunk didn`t exactly bring me in, but it made me a believer...too bad they don`t have that on tape, LL would hide her head

There's a link to that blindfolded dunk somewhere - I think Pilight knows what it is.
