Draft question for folks ...

I know everyone is waiting to see just who the FA's are & how that will breaks down, but I know West teams better & since East teams have the #1 & #2 picks ...

What do the Sting need ?
They have anyone in the WORLD (whos not on another team of course) to pick from.

I've loved their guards but let face it their not what they used to be. Dawn & Andrea don't have much left in the tank. Now that we know Cappie hasn't lost her grove do they take her & let her learn the ropes from Dawn ?

If they take McCarville, do they keep her & need to move someone else ? Do they take her & trade her ? If so for what type of player ? Do they look at a trade to move down ? Is Irvin the #1 pick ?

What do the Fever need ?
They have 2nd pick of anyone in the world.
Believe me I understand what a local is supposed to be able to do for the fan base, but is Batteast really what they need with the #2 ?
Do they take McCarville to step in behind Nat ?

Do we have to wait till the Free Agent List comes out to guess what these 2 teams might do ? Anyone ...

Indiana needs a point guard and a post.

Charlotte needs someone to replace Dawn and someone to replace Andrea. If they are going to play Feaster at the 3, where are they going to put Powell?

The Sting's needs are mostly in the backcourt. Staley is as good a PG as there is, but one of these years she's gonna change from "Going to retire within two years" to "Retiring now". Stinson has clearly lost more than a step. She set career lows in pretty much every stat and was often being subbed in key game times by Tyger Lewis.

The main thing the Fever need is a competent coach. As for players...in the last four first rounds they've taken three post players (Schumacher, McDonald, Hoffman) and traded a first rounder for another (Jackson for Williams). Despite that, they still need a low post player.
