The NY Times reporter was taken into custody while the Time Inc reporter has agreed to testify. Ironically, Judith Miller wrote numerous articles pre-Iraq war based on info Chalabi (sp?) fed to her that were extremely pro-war.

Aw man that fucking SUCKS. Like her or not, the bottom fucking line is that she never wrote an article on the CIA agent, Novak did and revealed her identity, we, the people, now know who the agent is but not who told Novak, who is the one who revealed the name, and that disgusting asshole is sitting back untouched by all of this.

It's disgusting.
