okay, now i saw it. omg. she went up for a rebound and came down - her legs were uneven so all her weight went on her right side, and her surgically-repaired ankle couldn't handle it, i guess. aw crap.

Yep. Looked like no twist, no roll, just straight down on her ankle. No one was around. And alot of screaming for quite awhile. Poor girl. They carried her out right away. Best of luck to her... and she was just getting some decent minutes.

So? You don't cheer for the team closest to you. I was an LA fan from the opening tip on June 21, 1997....
They have let met down countless times, but they can't say that about me.
Go Sparks!!!!

ok, ok, just giving ya a lil ribbing, jovany...
wish ny had ms. coleslaw...she is just plain FUN to watch play.
looking forward to seeing her in NY this summer when the sharks show up.
don't like bibby as coach tho...and still wanna slap the shyt outta whitmore for that mug o' hers...lol
kind of feeling bad for 'my pretty pony'...she does not seem like usual bad self...and always gotta pull for the underdog even if her name is LL...
sparks need to get it together despite bibby...

But anyways, it was GREAT seeing Christi smiling and high-fiving her teammates at the beginning of the second half.

my beef with whitmore was that she was not producing or seeming to try. i think she has stepped up her game since if she doesn't coleslaw will not only make her look like crap, but could also beotch and her azz will be gone.
i'd like her to look a little more like she is enjoying herself out there...
anyone remember when she at least had some personality before she adopted ole stoneface mode?
someone in another thread mentioned the salute LL used to give after a basket...whitmore used to give her own T for Tamika...and once in a while while playing cleveland she used do her own version of the famous 'Lake shake.

i, for one, am THRILLED to see Whitmore playing to her potential. i was a fan of hers when she was on the Libs, although she was disappointing more often than not - i knew it was there somewhere. so, it hurts a little that she's moved to the dark side, but at least the real bball playa has shown up. she was great last night (as. of course, was the claw, who is just in her OWN category of greatness...) but miko had better not try any of that thug shit on baby or 'nova or ANYONE on the Libs when she comes to town (yeah, right)
oh, and i don't care what her facial expression is - some people just don't show that kind of stuff. all i'm judging her on is her play. good game last night, miko.
