Yes, please!

I was still in primary (elementary) school when they were down here last and didn't go to any games. We'd also get to see LJ (barring any stupid injury shenanigans) and Penny and a lot of the rest in their prime, going for gold - they'd be 29 years old. We may even lure some of you Board Junkies down here for the party.

LOL, If I continue at my current rate I may be too old to party by 2010... Shocked

I would love for Australia to host the World Championships. hmm maybe if I start saving my money now I will have enough by then so that I can make the trip over there to see the games in person.

I think the US should get it. No offense but Brazil, and Australia (two of the four powers in Womens hoops) have all hosted some of the most recent WC's or Olympics. I think the US is due for a homestand.

Edit: I thought Russia hosted the 2002 WC's. Oops.

It would be a blast to have a Board Junkies "reuinion" in Australia!

As annoying as LA is to live in, it's a great place to visit and they (we) hosted a very successful Olympics there back in ''84, (I think it was '84).
I'd really like the Olympics to come back to LA some day.

Indy wouldn't be a bad place at all for a Basketball WC's

I'd love for it to be in Australia!! My partner and I have always wanted to go and since we plan to go to the next FIBA WC this would kill 2 birds with one stone. US has had hosted plenty Olympics, recently in Salt Lake City so I'd rather visit Australia.

I have a feeling it will be in Europe. They had the Worlds in Australia too recently to go back, even though I think we hosted the Worlds 4 times already. Let's just hope FIBA drops the idea of having the Worlds every 2 years.
