Detroit has placed Osipova on the suspended list and stated that she can not play this season because she is pregnant. If I remember correctly, Phoenix had to keep Maria Stepnova on the IR during her pregnancy in order to keep her rights. What is the difference between her situation and Osipova?

And, all though it is tempting to many of you....the difference here is not the GMs. Or at least, I don't think so. Smile

Maria came to camp in 2002. Did Osipova ever show? A suspended player is one who is not coming over to play this season.
