Tough to predict, they're all very streaky and most guards from the teams playing are not shooting the ball well while not contributing in other areas either. Could be the difference maker today.

I went with Teasley.
Don't remember why anymore, but that's who's there.

Perhaps you should not, since I'm pretty bad at this game.

the reason i have not picked her YET is because VJ is a great defender and PeeWee pesters the crap out of folks.
as it is, i have 3 sparks in my lineup. that's what bothers me.
oh, well. not gonna win this anyway.
Cool
thanks for your input.
Very Happy

We need another game, where you try to make as much as you can for your investment, try to get more fantasy points than you spend, your score would be the difference between the cost and what they actually scored. You could have negative days for sure Smile Who's hot, who's not Laughing

Top returns yesterday would have been like so:

yes, interesting.

it reminds me that i often miss the old "50-cap" game, too.

that way you could have fun taking chances on rookies and people like thorn and perkins regularly, until they got too expensive if they started doing well...

And it turns out that the best team today would've been Teasley, Nolan, Cash, Claw, Melvin.

Yeah, I'm totally shocked no one managed to pull that lineup off Wink .

But would it have come in under the cap?

As far as the points differential game, I like it. There would not be a whole lot of reason to take people like Lisa Leslie, Luaren Jackson and Tamika Catchings, unless they are playing the cellar dwellers, as their cost is so high they have to explode to make it worth taking them. It would definitely require an entirely different type of analysis to play. Are you thinking about adding this variation, or replacing what we've got now, Reb? That might make a difference as to how I feel about it.

It would be another game, it's just a thought right now, no definite plans, I'll have to think on it, figure out what kind of selection screen, how the rules would be applied, maybe even a reverse type salary cap, where you have to spend so much to qualify, all kinds of things, I would probably want to run the numbers through some past seasons, etc.... I don't see it happening this season.

Yes, by a mile. Not taking Leslie saves a fortune.
