There are already three players in the transfer portal this month, which I guess means they're sitting out this season:

Laila Jewett, (5'10 Sr combo G, Woodbridge, VA) Gr-xfer from UCF, entered portal 10/28/24

Aliyah Matharu, (5'7 R-Sr combo G, Washington, DC) Gr-xfer from Florida, entered portal 10/15/24

Hailey Weaver (3'11 W, Solon OH) Gr-xfer from Northwestern, sitting out this season, entered portal 10/22/24

Florida just entered the chat with Missouri & Georgia for worst team in the SEC.

I keep wondering how long Mizzou can possibly hold on to Pingeton.....

Do you mean hold on before she destroys the program or before she gets lured away?

The first, obviously. I don't know who would want her after she's ruined the program so badly. Maybe Kellie Harper could save it. She had a good track record down the road in Springfield

Missouri has only had 3 head coaches since 1975 so it seems the Tigers don't fire coaches. Pingeton is in her 15th season and has had reasonable success (by Missouri standards) with 4 NCAA tournament bids. If Missouri repeats last year's debacle this will probably be her last in Columbia as her contract runs out after this season, but if she can rebound to a .500 season and a postseason bid I wouldn't be surprised to see her retained.

Hailey may need to work on her size before she can become an asset to anybody. 😁🤣

Seton Hall has entered the chat Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

(no, not really, but I've always joked that Coach Bozzella likes having at least one player who can literally look up to him)

Not coincidentally, the 4 years that Sophie Cunningham played for her.
