Tara won't retire while Geno is still coaching. She wants to hold the wins record for a while.

It certainly makes sense considering her star Brink is leaving as well and not much in the way of top talent coming in.

With Iriafen back next year, Stanford will likely be somewhere between #10 and #15. My guess is Tara calls it a career after next season, given she's openly had a dialogue about the ACC and that she's looking forward to the challenge.
