74-47 ISU early fourth


I was wondering how Oklahoma happened upon a 1 seed.

Crooks 23 pts, 6
Ryan 10 pts, 10 ast

Crooks better make some national all freshman list.

ISU might be a scary matchup in the first round of the Tournament.

85-68 final. OU cut the lead down a bit in garbage time -- it was 79-51 with about 5 minutes left.

ISU's five freshman accounted for 57 of 85 points, 23 of 34 rebounds, and 13 of 24 assists, while shooting 9-16 behind the arc.

Now THERE'S a bright future! Cool Iowa State is certainly peaking at the right time, I'd say.

Kudos to Oklahoma for a way-better-than-expected season, including the Reglar Big 12 title, Jenny B's COY, and Miss Vann's POY.
