Sigh. Now who's out? We already have KLS, Chiney, Clouden, and Lexie out.

I believe Lexie going back out with illness qualified you guys for Westbrook's service

So much for Lexie's wannabe breakout season. I wonder what the root cause of her medical issue really is.

There are some nasty bugs going around that cause extreme weakness for weeks. They can come out of the blue. I had it early July and almost two months later still trying to regain stamina. Viruses being released from melting glaciers and spreading everywhere, carried by flying creatures that bring it to us. I wish they only struck the climate change deniers because this really sucks. I wear a mask in all indoor spaces because Covid is on the upswing again. And I got it and it sucks majorly.

Lexie needs to chat with AD Durr, who's still trying to regain her previous form three years after Covid. That's some HARD work, right there.

Likely best outcome for the team losing the second most starter minutes to injury/illness. Proud of this team for turning the program around.

The best case scenario! Looking forward to a solid few months of people's heads exploding at the thought of LA getting that first pick Laughing Very Happy Twisted Evil

The exploding heads stuff is so lame. In the entire history of the WNBA draft, the Sparks have had the #1 overall pick only twice. Both times they chose arguably the best overall talent: Candace Parker in 2008 and Nneka Ogwumike a few years later. If the team from LaLa ends up with the #1 or #2 overall pick, will we have to endure more silly talk of an 'unfair' LA 'fix,' or of LA brass sleeping with league officers? Rolling Eyes

True Sparks haters are in for a long off-season. 😁
