9-2 Huskies. Everybody's involved so far except Aubrey Griffin. Looking crisp and energetic so far.

I’m expecting UCONN to win easily. But I feel like MU did enough to get into the NCAA Tourney with their win over St. John’s yesterday.

20-12 at the quarter break. Azzi's in! Nika Muhl both showing why she's defensive player of the year and why teams don't bother guarding her 3 point shots. Smile

25-20 UConn at the halfway break. The Huskies have tried to get Azzi involved, and she's missing everything.

37-22 Huskies at halftime! They took Azzi out, and went on a run. Azzi returned and missed another shot. 0-4 with a turnover for the half. Sad

The Huskies all look great besides that. Aaliyah Edwards is doing it all--the end of season slump has disappeared in the tournament! On the other side, Liza Karlin is 5-6 for 11 of Marquette's 22 points. Chloe Marotta with 3 fouls and no points.

Marquette is allowing uncontested drive after uncontested drive. Really soft defense out of the halftime break. 54-31.

One of the rare times Nika has more points than assists, and we’re playing well.

Yay Huskies!!! It was a dominant win. Marquette didn't really have a chance with their best players in foul trouble.

I've watched a lot of WBB this season and if Marquette is an 11 seed then nobody respects the Big East. They're a GOOD team. Them and Creighton should be in the 7-9 range.

Aaliyah Edwards was fantastic.

One of the better offensive and defensive performances by UConn this season. They shot almost 50% and scored 80 points for the first time since Jan. 26 against Tennessee. The Ferrous Five did the yeowoman's work with 11 points from five benchies.

Despite going 2-7 in her 20 min. the presense of Fudd on the floor requires the defense to help on her and that gave the rest of the team more room to shoot.
Conn went back to taking more 3's, and while they shot a meager 25% they shot 60% as a team on 2pt shots . That's more like what the offense did early in the season.
