Anyone know if Horston is playing?

I circled this game as a loss on the calendar in September and I'm 2 for 2 with that prediction so far. I just don't see how we win this game, away, without Azzi and Caroline.

I expect a total ugly fest

Tennessee: 68-59

UConn has rolled over the BE opponents they have faced recently. But this is Tenn. If by some miracle UConn wins this game it will be a huge boost to UConn's resume. Rolling Eyes

Well, now that the Tennessee slobberfest is over, also known as College Game Day, let's play ball.

Seriously. Is Geno going to schedule La Tech next year?

If ESPN asks him to, he will.

Disgusting to have to listen to Lobo and Ruocco slobbering over UConn. You’d think they could for once get an announcer who at least pretends to be impartial, but of course UConn is ESPN’s pet team.

33-17 after 1 period. This is the most points UConn has had in the 1st period this season.

UConn shooting 71%, due to a lot of easy layups and some wide open 3's.

Well after letting both teams play in the 1st the refs decided to even things up and suddenly UConn is in foul trouble. Offensive fouls on Senechal and Edwards were clearly horrible calls.

Tenn with all the 2nd period momentum.

The winner right now is ESPN who was about to lose half their audience after 1 period. Laughing

These homer announcers are beyond annoying. I just watched a game before this one where the announcers really were homers (for the other team) and they weren’t anywhere near this obviously partial.

So true. Lobo needs a hard core reality check…

Why isn’t Tennessee pressing? Honest question. They have the depth.

Puckett and Striplin are just too slow. Good god.

The game has been ruined by officials who keep trying to make up a bad call with another bad call.

66-52 late in the 3rd. This game should be close to over but due to the refs there's another period.

That’s not how it works. You can’t call it over after 3 just because you want to and your team is ahead.

Winning with offensive rebounds isn't my cup of tea but Tenn sure is good at it. UConn just got a taste of what the SCar game will be.

Lou Lopez Senechal, the small conference guard who many said would melt under pressure in the big time had 26 pts on 11-16 (4-6).

SWEET LOU Very Happy

Those announcers may be biased. I muted them and listened to the UConn radio stream but I put the audio one with 2 minutes left and they sounded like they were at a wake. Low voices, somber attitudes. Rolling Eyes Wink
