The 45 points was a single game record for Depaul. She passed 1,000 career points in her 43rd game and she became the 13th woman in NCAA Division 1 history to accomplish this career milestone in 43 games or less. And she had 27 of her 45 points in the second half of this game shooting 72 percent in that second half.

I know Morrow puts up gaudy stats, but I really hope she starts working on her game outside the paint and tries to extend it to the 3 point line, works on her mid range, and her ability to dribble drive. She is a relentless and tireless worker who goes hard on every play, but she's 6' at best and she will be hard pressed to flourish in the W with that size.

I dunno.....I can't imagine any coach at the next level viewing her as anything other than a 3, with 4-ish capabiities; she definitely shoots the 3 (at a not-so-great %), but she does average several attempts per game. She hit 3 of 8 against MD. Her driving handles aren't awful, either.

If you consider that she's currently LEADING the nation in ppg, and #6 in rebounds AND she's not even halfway through her sophomore year....I'd say she's got a ton of 'upside'. The perimeter game can be learned.

The thing that puzzles me about DePaul (and I don't put this on her) is their inconsistency.....they lose to NIU, Cleve St., then beat MD, but lose to Towson. Weird.
