You could. The alternate is that I would take the first available player of the week from your bench. What this means is that the first eligible player who played first this week from your bench would be utilized as your replacement. This can be done instead of adding or dropping a player.

Absolutely.

It looks like you'll get Hsu's fabulous game for Columbia against Delaware!

Thanks, in the future I guess I'll add alternate players in case this happens again. Thank you Smile

All right, folks. I'm travelling to a beach, in a faraway, and possibly unreachable locale. Okay, I kid, I can be reached on Discord or here, but I won't be able to update things as studiously over the next week or so.

Also, game ball for this week is going to have to go to Hannah Sjerven! What a game for her! Just a pedestrian 35 points, no big deal -- more importantly, she was active for that game!

In any case, the schedule for the next two weeks is as follows:

period 5: Dec 7th-13th

P2 vs. P7 (HoopSmom vs. Coyotes)
P3 vs. P6 Undersized Post v. Myrtle
P4 vs. P5 Tbinta v. Hoopmom
P10 vs. P1 Adam v. Pureform
P11 vs. P9 Ok State v. UC Bart

________

P8 v. P1 Cooper2009 v. Pureform
P7 v. P9 Coyotes vs. UCBart
P10 v. P6 AdamJ v. Myrtle
P11 vs. P5 OK State v. Hoopmom
P3 vs. P2 Undersized v. HoopSmom

period 6: December 14th-December 26th

P4 vs. P2 Tbinta v. HoopSMom
P6 vs. P11 Myrtle v. OK State
P7 vs. P10 Coyotes v. Adam
P8 vs. P9 Cooper2009 v. UCBart
P1 vs. P3 Pureform v. Undersized

My lineup for the next week will be as follows:

F: S. Breen UMass v. Boston College 12/8
TF: M. Williams, IUPUI v. Ball State 12/8
F: C. Harper, California Baptist v. San Diego State 12/8
G: R. Howard, Kentucky v. DePaul 12/9
G: Q. Lockett, Toledo v. St. Francis PA
U: E. Cunane 12/10 v. Pittsburgh
U: R. Moore, North Florida v. Bethune Cookman 12/12
U: A. Morrow, DePaul v. Kentucky

I will drop. J. Todd Northwestern State, and add Abby Feit, Evansville for fun.

Also, I'm not entirely sure what to do about Cooper. I'm inclined to put his team up for sale to be adopted by an indefinite interim manager if there's someone willing to be a caretaker outside of our current players. (I.E. Howee, who has far too much time on his hands.) I'm hoping that we'll hear from Cooper soon and that we won't have to discuss this further.

Howee's first order of business is to drop all of the Tennessee players and pick up all of the Oregon players. Green is the new Orange.

well I thought I might survive Ms Mizzou's 3 point performance without losing everything...but today's 5 point and 9 point performances have pretty much sealed my fate.

If Holmes plays a very efficient offensive game tomorrow -- like, 7-10 shooting (70% FG% on 10+ shots) -- you could still escape this week with 1 win and 1 tie. Please don't hold me to that though in case I did the math wrong lol. Hopefully for you she's not out shooting threes like she was against NC State. Then again, she made 2 out of 4 of those, which ensured you won the 3PM category in both of your matchups.

My fate this week is also wrapped up in the IU game tomorrow with Grace Berger. To beat Coyotes, I just need her to score 2+ points and commit no more than 5 turnovers. To beat ucbart, however, I either need 5 assists and then either 25 points, 13 rebounds or two of the following: 1 3PM, 1 stl, and 1 block. Does that makes sense? Razz

Thank you so much for pointing this out--I've corrected it. It's so easy to accidentally overlook these short posts in an otherwise long thread!

Please trust that it was not an effort to intentionally weaken your roster seeing that you and I are opponents this week. Twisted Evil

That’s funny! Actually, I have two players that don’t have a D1 game this week, so I was starting to feel a bit desperate! It actually took me a few minutes to find the post, and I started to doubt myself 😂😂

By golly, Holmes shot exactly 7-10 from the field, which was just enough for myrtle to overtake both of her opponents in FG%, which allowed myrtle to squeak out of this week with a win and a tie as opposed to a tie and a loss.

My team needs a total re-make. I have three players playing up to some kind of standard and after that it’s been painful. I don’t really want to drop these gals but I need more than they seem to be able to give right now.
Waive Jayda Curry, g, Cal and sign Destiny Leo, g, Cleveland St
re-Waive Chloe Lamb, g, SoDak and sign Jaz Shelley, g, Nebraska
I bet Kelly Graves is really regretting her loss about now. I hate seeing players just willy nilly switching teams, but this change was clearly a great thing for Shelley. Now we see if she can keep it up in league play. Crossing fingers.
g Diamond Johnson NCSU v St.Mary's 12-12
tf Jazz Bond UNF v Bethune 12-12
tf Mac Holmes INDY v Fairfield 12-9
tf Addie Budnik Rich v W&M 12-12
g Katie Benzan My v Purdue 12-8

u Brynna Maxwell Utah v CSFullerton 12-10
u Jordan Nizon TexA&M v. Texas Southern 12-9
u Jazz Shelley Nebraska v IN St 12-11
Alt for g’s: Destiny Leo Cleveland St v Akron 12-12
Alt for F’s: fAkila Smith longwood v Drexel 12-11
