From NBC Sports, but actually an Associate Press release. Which means, no author byline.

I am noting the last section of the article. I am tired of these "teaser" articles that mention the league's commissioner talking about expansion, because it is no different from what Donna Orender or Laurel Ritchie has said in the past about possible new franchises. Rolling Eyes
