In the Dallas thread it was mentioned that Dallas intends to have fans in stands this summer. This quote is from today's WSJ interview with Commissioner Englebert. W twitter account is teasing an announcement on Monday.

I think that if there are W markets not allowing fans at indoor arenas and W markets that are, that there will be some very... loud... conversations at Board of Governors and/or WNBPA meetings.
