It's the battle for 2nd place in the Big East as Marquette tries to avenge their loss to DePaul in Milwaukee on 2/7. Please cut down on the turnovers in this game Marquette - that will make the chances of winning a lot better

Tied at 33 at halftime but it feels like Marquette has blown a good chance to be up a bit in the game right now. We will see how the 2nd half goes - hopefully they don't give up a huge DePaul run to start the 3rd quarter like they did in the game in Milwaukee...

Well that was fun . Marquette wins 85-71 - Cam Taylor had a double-double with 20 points and 11 rebounds. Selena Lott led the way with 25 points for Marquette and we won't talk about how many turnovers she had .

Marquette has now wrapped up 2nd place in the Big East and I think DePaul will likely finish 3rd - haven't checked all the standings possibilities for them though.
