In a makeup game at Towson, JMU, still without star freshman Peyton McDaniel, lost to the Tigers, 83-74. Sophomore Kiki Jefferson had a career day with 29 points and 10 rebounds, followed by freshman G Jamia Hazell with 16 points. Reigning CAA Player of the Week Kionna Jeter had 31 points for Towson.
