Oregon St has finally woken up. The Beavers have struggled off the court with Covid and on the court with spotty play. Today they may be turning things around.

Oregon St 60 Washington 31 early second half.

The Beavers have shot 72% from the floor, including 76% (13-17) from 3.

Goodman finished with 9 pts on 3-3 3PT, as well as 2 stl & 10 ast to just 1 to. Oregon State as a team set an arena record for most made 3s in a game with 18 (on 27 attempts). They shot 65% from the field in general.

So. As a Husky fan, here's my dream scenario:

A) We lose the rest of our games (with Cal not being able to reschedule their game against us), which is possible albeit only remotely
B) Public outcry fully ensues, of which that (and only that) leads our cash-starved athletic department to fire Wynn despite the two years remaining on her contract. I do not see her being fired under any other circumstance, considering they never did an investigation on former player Deja Strother's accusations that Wynn body-shames her players as well as Wynn's BLM-twitter statement fiasco (Links & discourse here)
C) Her prompt firing leads us to hiring you-know-who from Oregon. Otherwise, he will leave for either Colorado or Utah (or somewhere else), as their coaches' contracts will run out at the end of this season (yes, I checked) – mark my words

I can't bring myself to watch their remaining games out of disgust & despair. Devastating that it's gotten to this point where I'm actively rooting for my team to lose this season – but, it is what it is. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
