Tom Brady, Giselle Bundchen, Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner are moving to what is called the "Billionaire Bunker". Indian Creek island near Miami and next to Miami Beach. The majority of the island is a golf course, and there are around 30 or so houses on the outside, but I saw an article that claimed there are 13 full time police?!. This is the plot Jared and Ivanka are buying for $31 million.



Brady and Bundchen are buying a $17 million dollar house which they are going to tear down and then build their "dream home".
