NOT who you want to gain control, who WILL gain control.

Let's see how we do vs. the rest of the nation and pollsters.

This is maybe even more intriguing than the presidential election. I'm sad to say Mitch The Bitch is most probably retaining his seat. Evil or Very Mad I'll be a bit surprised if Ms. Lindsay loses his, even though their race is within the margin of error.

But: AZ, IA, KS, CO, ME, and MT are all within reach. Very possible.

Hickenlooper projected to win Colorado seat.

He's been leading the polls throughout. Alabama will even it out.

Could the senate end up 50-50?

Let's say that Perdue takes a seat in GA, and Sullivan wins AK. That leaves the run-off in GA between Warnock and Loeffler, and the Tillis/Cunningham race in NC. Are there enough votes left to count (~7% remaining according to USAToday) in NC for Cunningham to make up 97,000?

I'm not so good at math*, but I came up with about 207,000 votes left to counted. I'm not sure what's left to count, but if these are the early votes that have been going to Biden...maybe???

*Feel free to correct me on this.

My guess is that a Perdue-Ossoff runoff is more likely than a Cunningham win

And......... voilà.

Gonna be celebrating the (idea of the) incoming new government this weekend – as soon as this long-ass week finally dies.
