Apparently Didi Richards and Moon Ursin had a really nasty collision during practice.

Baylor’s Didi Richards and Moon Ursin suffered respective injuries in practice on Saturday. Richards sustained a Spinal Cord Injury Without Radiographic Abnormality. She was evaluated, treated and released from the hospital. Didi is out indefinitely. Ursin suffered a concussion.

Moon is dealing with the concussion. Didi is apparently back on campus but walking with assistance. Her injury is pretty scary.

Oh man, that's terrible. There are terrible injuries and then there is a spinal chord injury. I hope she can make a full recovery.

She seems to be significantly better and is saying she'll play this year. OTOH, the Baylor folks are not quite as optimistic and want more info from doctors.

There's no such thing as a non-significant spinal injury.

awesome. if she can make those shots consistently and still do all the other things she does so well, she will definitely be on the W radar.
