Laney has looked completely different to me with Atlanta compared to any of her other stops.

New York off to a horrible stat.

Because Atlanta has to integrate not one but two important new players into the game today while they're not very familiar with the system, New York has a great opportunity to take advantage and win the game.

She worked hard to get those easy looks and missed the bunnies, Layshia missed one too.

Never thought I’d see the damn day that Laney is the leading scorer on a team with pretty good efficiency and the team is winning.

Liberty lead at the half
43-41
Willoughby hit a jumper they called a 2, I guess foot on the line.
I think Laney with the pull-up to end the half.

Layshia leads NY with 11 points.
Betnijah leads ATL with 19 points.

New York stayed strong after Sabrina went down with the ankle roll on Laney’s foot.

Don't know her ankle history but that was a deep roll. Made me hurt.

Turned so far that I wonder if she tapes her ankles at all. I remember reading a story from some pro about he he never taped his ankles until his first sprain in the pros, and it was such agony that from then on he literally never played without tape.

Really hope that it was just a sprain, even if it was a significant one. Put no weight on it at all while being helped off, and a break or dislocation would be much worse.
