I see people who still don't know how to put on seat belts along with bicycle and motorcycle helmets.

They are also playing without any expectations placed on them. This is the type of team that people have low expectations for and they are going to embrace that.

It’s the energy of Powers plus the unexpected play of Hines-Allen.
I think it’s a team that can head south quickly if things don’t continue to go perfectly for them.

Because they have to...

My Mom says she likes wearing one because she doesn't have to put make up on to run errands now.

This was the pre-game article from the Seattle Times, which had a somewhat interesting quote in it.

Quote:
Still, it's dangerous for the Storm to put too much emphasis into one game knowing they have to return to the court less than 48 hours later on Saturday against the Los Angeles Sparks, which is considered another WNBA title contender.

"They are coming fast," Storm coach Gary Kloppenburg [said] following Tuesday's 90-66 win over Minnesota..."

If by "They", he meant the Sparks, then it sounds like the Storm might've overlooked the Mystics matchup. It's a bit troubling, but hopefully this game is the lone wake-up call that you really have to be prepared for the next game no matter who it's against and no matter how much time you have. An average team in this League will absolutely take advantage of a lack of planning from their opponent - especially as it relates to the unprepared team's defensive end of the floor.
