Back when I was still coaching, I had this one player on my team that I had really high hopes for. He was a really good player but I thought he could be even better.
I gave him the information and he ended up going to that academy run by Dena Evans.
He was so much better when he came back. |

| Former UT guard Alexis Hornbuckle is apparently starting something of the same sort, some kind of training program or academy for players. I follow her on Twitter so I'm getting bits and pieces of information. I hope she does well with it.

It's not a big Coaching Tree by any means but I think it's interesting that Kim Barnes-Arico has three former Assistants who are Head Coaches in the Big East now:
Melanie Moore - Xavier
Joe Tartamella - St. John's
Megan Duffy - Marquette
