At one point a long time ago this guy was my favorite jazz piano player. Based solely on the extended version of My Favorite Things with Coltrane. It's one of those pieces of music I can't bring myself to revisit because it meant so much to me when I was so young. And speaking of young, he was only 19 I think when that was recorded. lol. Someday I'll listen to it again. He was a force.
